Halloween Tradition
Every Halloween since your daddy and I have been together, we have carved jack-o-laterns. I guess you could call it our family tradition. This is probably the only family holiday tradition that has continued this long. (I don't count passed down traditions of other holidays.) So of course, Daddy and I couldn't wait to carve your pumpkin. Mommy picked you up a pumpkin the perfect size for you, and daddy did a great job carving your initials in it. You really didn't know what to think when you reached in it and felt the guts, but you liked it when we lit it up. I know you will grow to love Halloween, because Mommy and Daddy love this holiday.

Your jack-o-lanterns look great! Wish you could have come to our pumpkin carving party! Can't wait to see pics of Miss Teralee's costume! Have fun tonight! Love you, baby girl!
